To provide additional protection, the EPT20H features automatic lowering deceleration with soft cushioning when the forks reach approximately 10 cm above the ground. This ensures your load is placed smoothly, without jolts or vibrations.

Warranty and service
We offer a 2-year warranty (excluding wear parts) and a 5-year warranty on the chassis. We provide these extended warranties because our stackers rarely experience problems. Should an issue arise, our online portal lets you immediately check what the code on your display means. You can then see whether you can resolve it yourself or whether you need our assistance. This helps get your pallet truck back in operation as quickly as possible!

Batteries and charger
This LiFePO4 – 24V 60Ah battery offers several advantages over the standard lead-free battery. These include a longer lifespan, faster charging, the ability to top up the charge between tasks and maintenance-free operation. Its greater depth of discharge also provides more usable energy.
