        Warranty and service
        We offer a 2-year warranty (excluding wear parts) and a 5-year warranty on the chassis. We offer these extended warranties because problems with our pallet trucks are rare. If a problem does occur, our online portal lets you immediately check what the code on your display means. You can then see whether you can resolve the issue yourself or whether you need our assistance. Our aim is to get your pallet truck up and running again as quickly as possible!

        Batteries and charger
        Choose a 10Ah battery for approximately 3 hours of continuous use, or the 15Ah version for approximately 4.5 hours of continuous operation. The standard 2A charger fully charges the 15Ah battery in approximately 7.5 hours.
        The 5A fast charger fully charges the 15Ah battery in approximately 3 hours.
        With two batteries and a fast charger, you can keep working non-stop!
