The variable lifting speed is not only great for comfort but also helps protect fragile loads. To further safeguard your load, the EPT20H features an automatic deceleration buffer.
The lowering speed automatically slows down with a soft cushioning effect when the fork height reaches about 10 cm above the ground. This ensures that your load is placed without shocks or vibrations.

Warranty and service

We offer a 2-year warranty (excluding wear parts). For the chassis you even get a 5-year warranty. We offer these extended warranties because our stackers rarely experience issues.
Should a problem occur, our online platform allows you to instantly see what the error code on your display means. You will immediately see whether you can resolve it yourself or if we can assist you — all to get your pallet truck operational again as quickly as possible!
