Warranty and Service
We offer a 2-year warranty (excluding wear parts). On the chassis, you even get a 5-year warranty. We can offer these extended warranties because issues with our pallet trucks are rare.
If a problem does occur, our online platform allows you to instantly check the meaning of the error code displayed. You’ll immediately see whether you can fix it yourself or if we can assist you.
All this is designed to get your pallet truck back up and running as quickly as possible!

Batteries and Charger
You can choose between a 10Ah battery for approx. 3 hours of continuous use or a 15Ah version that lets you work for approx. 4.5 hours non-stop.
The standard 2A charger fully charges the 15Ah battery in approx. 7.5 hours.
With the 5A fast charger, the 15Ah battery charges fully in approx. 3 hours.
With two batteries and a fast charger, you can keep working non-stop!
